Four faint positives

Period due in three days and I’ve had four faint positives using the same brand. Could this be because I’m due on? Or am I kidding myself? I’d love to be pregnant but am in shock if it’s true. We only started trying two weeks ago!

A positive will only show if the pregnancy hormone is present to change the line.

Congratulations! A fortnight ago was probably when you ovulated so makes sense the line is only faint at the moment. I hope the rest of your pregnancy goes well.

You could always try those tests from Clearblue which tell you 5 days before you are due on. I used them when I was one day late and the BFP was really strong!

Thanks for the responses. Those tests were all bought off amazon last October so I was dubious about how reliable they’d be but definitely four faint positives. Anyway I’ve just taken the First Response early detector test and there’s a very distinct and thick line :-) Don’t want to get too excited as I’ll only be about three weeks gone so it’s very early days but this will be by first so it’s hard not to!

I would test with a First Response test to be certain.

Unfortunately, evaporation lines can look like positives :( if you are able to upload any pics we can take a look :)
