Is this normal?

I had all the symptoms up until 12 weeks then everything eased. I had horrendous headaches up until this weekend and back ache but now nothing.

I do feel really drained today like all my cells have been zapped of energy but I didn’t think this was a symptom?

I had a scan at 8 weeks and 12 weeks and everything was OK.

Is this normal?

No help I'm afraid but I feel very similar.
I'm a bit earlier to you (11weeks).
I had a scan at 8 and everything was fine, I have my dating scan a week Friday.
I keep being told it's just because I'm getting close to the 2nd trimester....

Tiredness is a very common symptom of pregnancy.

I'm the same. I'm a bit earlier than you (10 weeks) but I've noticed my symptoms improving quite a bit in recent days. I panicked because I had a missed miscarriage in April, but I had a scan yesterday which revealed a healthy bean wiggling away on the screen. Even stuck their tongue out Grin

It's very normal for symptoms to improve as you get into the second trimester.

Between the 12 and 20 week scan I had pretty much convinced myself I wasn't pregnant. So you are not alone!

You get a boost of energy from around 12 weeks..from week 6 to 12 I felt sick and quite tired...then when I got to 12 weeks nothing...didn't feel anything until I got to week 17 when I started feeling what I can only describe as bubbles popping in my tummy....then at 19 +3 started feeling movements.... I still don't feel pregnant until I get that little kick or feel like the baby has moved..haha...I'm 21 weeks now xx

14weeks my sickness stopped both times, second trimester you don’t feel pregnant and it’s great after the sicky tiring first tri , you probably have hit that stage.

I was told this during my pregnancies, as I was worried my pregnancy symptoms seemed to disappear around 12 weeks;

This is the time the placenta is starting to be firmly established. It's normal for things to settle down about now. The placenta is more stable, hormones are more evenly managed and so sickness and other early symptoms disappear.

Second trimester was amazing! I felt awesome, sickness disappeared, energy came back and I wasn’t big enough for all the aches and pains to have started. Didn’t really feel pregnant at all apart from my clothes starting to get a bit tight. Make the most of it! You’ll miss it when your baby is using your bladder as a trampoline.

I found this was when I stopped feeling so sick and started eating normally.
