Constantly hot?

Hello I'm 5-6 weeks pregnant (unsure of date yet). I have been roasting and having difficultly getting a deep breath for about 3 weeks, especially at night. As soon as I lie down the duvet and mattress are red hot. I just wondered how long this lasts as I'm currently surviving on 3 hours a night and I feel terrible. Is there any medications I can have to help me sleep that work? Then you for any support and advice, this is my first pregnancy. X

My DD is 3 months and I'm still roasting! I have had the fan on at night for a year now. I put a damp muslin over my feet at night and make sure I'm drinking lots and lots of water.

You should maybe contact your gp or midwife I'm not sure breathlessness is normal that early in pregnancy?

Thank you for the advice 😊 x
