Waters broken. How do I get this show on the road?

FTM. Waters broke last night. In hospital now until this baby arrives (high risk) continue to leak, but no big contractions yet. Baby boy is low, but not directly on top of cervix. Any natural ways I can persuade him down just a bit more?

Move around, go for a walk around the hospital or rotate on a birthing ball. Good luckN

Do they have a birthing ball? Bounce and roll your hips! If not you can hold your partner or bed or table and kinda squat up and down! And roll your hips.. I got on all fours and rocked my pelvis..It encourages them to move down! Good luck!! X

Lots of walking and bouncing but equally trying to stay relaxed and happy (tough I know as was in same situation as you!)
