Hi,
Just hoping really for any positive stories - has anyone been diagnosed with PUL then told later everything is fine?
I had to go to EPU as had some pain and very early days (I’m 5 weeks today and this was last week) but told They couldn’t see anything. My HCG was 452 a week ago.
I’m going in tomorrow for a rescan but just hoping for any positive stories beforehand to stop me worrying so much.

I had a pregnancy of unknown location and quite a low HCG reading. I went back two days later for another HCG blood test and they had gone up, but still not doubled.
I returned a few days later for a scan and it was here they found my baby in the correct place.

I'm currently nearly 15 weeks and all is fine 😊 I'm hoping the same happens for you and it is just too early to see.

Good luck, please write back on how you get on

Thanks @paddythecat, good to hear that it can turn out okay. She told me my progesterone and HCG were high, so she thinks just too early, but hasn’t stopped me worrying! Thank you, will post back later today.

I can't give a positive story but I can say either way they have found it early that no long term damage will be done hopefully, it's a blip in the road. Is thie your 1st?

@loveisland yes my 1st. You’re right, and also that at least I know we can get pregnant now which I wasn’t sure about before.

I had an ectopic this summer in a tube, thankfully it resolved naturally give it a few months and we will try again, you will look back in a few years and laugh about this... somehow!
When do you go in next?

paddythecat · 15/08/2018 13:53
