Reduced movement after pulling muscle - 31+3

Im currently 31+3 and have been ill over the weekend vomiting etc.
This morning I bent down to pick up something I dropped and felt a sharp stabbing pain in my right side like I had pulled something, 2 hours later I took 2 paracetamol to reduce the pain which has dulled it but can still feel it however I haven't felt baby move often today at all. I rang antenatal department about an hour after the pain and they asked about movements but he's usually quiet in a morning anyway so didn't mention anything.
Just wondering if the paracetamol could have made him drowsy/lazy which is why I haven't felt him as much?
I also have an anterior placenta but movement is usually quite strong either way. Should I call back up on my lunch hour? Don't want to waste anyones time if its nothing!

I would definitely call back. You've noticed a change in movement and that needs to be checked.
