Is labour nearing??

Hey! I know they all say you will now when you are in labour, but I was wondering if Labour is nearing for me??

I have had lower back pain period like pain constantly for the past 24 hours. Yesterday I also I had what I thought was contractions every half an hour for 3 hours yesterday until I went for a walk and they completely went away. This morning I have been constantly on the loo having a 'clear out' , sorry tmi!

I am 39weeks3days and I had a sweep on Thursday and was 1cm dilated.

What do you think ladies??

It sounds promising ! I'd keep moving as much as you can . I had some contactions on my due date and then they completely stopped and it was a few days later before it started again, but I didn't have back pains and a clear out ! Those are all good signs ! Good luck x
