Pregnancy after Lletz - spotting

Hi, I had lletz treatment done around 2 years ago, and since then I have had irregular short periods with brown bleeding for up to a week before. I am now 7 weeks pregnant and for the past week or so have been having brown/pink/snot like discharge on and off (I also had this 3 days before I got a positive hpt)
I had an early scan at 6 weeks which showed no reason for bleeding and heartbeat was present, but I’m now wondering if the lletz treatment could have caused slight cervical erosion? In my two previous pregnancies prior to my lletz treatment I had no spotting. Really just looking for some reassurance. I have my first mw appt in a a couple of weeks and of course will mention the lletz treatment to her.

Congrats on your pregnancy. I had a lletz about a year before getting pregnant with my DS. I didn't have any problems with spotting or irregular periods but that's not to say yours could be causing it. It all depends on how much treatment you had and how much of your cervix was affected! Definitely mention it all to your midwife and they will refer you to a consultant who will check everything. Ask for a scan of your cervix to check length etc.

I just wanted to update as I hated googling things and not finding out the outcome! I just had my 13 week scan and all was fine, tiny haematoma which has shrunk since last scan looks like cause of spotting
