How long can I wait to tell people?

I know technically I don't ever have to tell people I'm pregnant but how long do you think I can leave it until people get offended I haven't told them?

I'm 14weeks and have told DH and my 2 best friends. My boss knows too.

DH has told his parents.

The thought of telling people is filling me with dread! I just don't want people to know. It's DC2.

Well I mean you dont need to take an ad out in the gazette, but if you mean your circle of friends then yeah it would be nice to tell them at some point. Dont lie to them if conversations about plans etc come up and you somehow still want to keep the pregnancy a secret.

Or just buy dc1 a tshirt with "Im going to be a big brother" nd let him do the announcing.

We told friend at around 18 weeks. Family earlier. Work at 20+.

Work told at 14 weeks (when screening tests came back), my family told 12 weeks, in laws 18 weeks, closer to 19 😅
