Mothercare in York closing down

Has anyone been to this closing down sale, is it worth going? I live an hour away not sure whether to travel there tomorrow to have a look :)

There's another thread above it a different mothercares closing down sale and the consensus was it's crap. 10% off large items, which brings them to the price of John Lewis... was thinking about going too. I'm 30 mins or so away... will let you know if I do and how it is! I'm only 10 weeks, but love a real bargain...

Apparently loads of their stores are closing , mine is too and it's quite a big once so I'm a bit gutted ! Not that I bought much but I love going for a nosey lol

I suppose if you went with a really specific list after having done loads of research, it would have been ok. Like if you new what pram you wanted and all the bells and whistles...

We went to job he Lewis after and figure we'll probably go there for similar stuff. My dh liked the jl glider loads better.
