Boy or girl at 13 weeks?

I just couldn't wait any longer - can anyone hazard a guess at whether I'm looking at a boy or girl? The scan is from 13 weeks exactly, this is our first. I have a private gender scan booked for Saturday when I'll be more than 16 weeks. It's just too exciting!

I think boy based on first two images.

I think girl. Less chunky legs. (total non scientific viewpoint though)

What are the not guesses based on? Skull, nub, something else?
