Braxton hicks?

I'm 34 weeks and for the last 2 hours I've been having period cramps which last about 30 secs. Then they ease off for a few minutes. Is this braxton hicks? This is my second and i don't remember having any with my first so not sure what to be looking out for

If they're regular and uncomfortable I'd contact the hospital for peace of mind x

They seemed to have eased off now, but I'll definitely keep an eye on it

Oh sorry I just see you're 34w... If it's eased off it's hopefully BH.

It started again from about 11pm-3am last night. It's ok again this morning but midwives said to ring again and possibly come in if it happens again. Really panicked me last night! Hope it is just BH
