I wish we got more scans, I hate not knowing if my baby is still alive or not 😢

Short of a scan every day you have to just trust and accept that your baby is most likely alive, unless you're having symptoms of problems. In a few weeks you'll feel movement and it'll be easier to relax a bit.

Thanks, I'm just so anxious because I had a miscarriage at 14 weeks before, I'm not having any negative symptoms and like you say iv just got to trust he or she is fine. Can't wait to feel that first movement 😍

SweetDahlia you could consider a private scan to give you some reassurance between now and your 20 week scan? :)

I’m exactly the same. Having had a MMC discovered at ten weeks I’m terrified as I can’t yet feel anything.

I swear I felt my dd at 14.5 weeks but this baby nothing.

I ended up messaging my midwife in a panic and she was reassuring. But I’m still on edge.

I’m trying hard not to think about it, like you I’ve no negative symptoms I’m fine and 12 weeks scan was fine. But I’m still so scared.

I have a midwife appt next week and she’ll try and listen to the babies heartbeat then. Altho last time I was almost hysterical as it took the midwife a while to locate baby to listen to heartbeat!

Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy, everything will be fine (that’s my mantra). But I understand completely how terrifying it is after a previous loss.

Glad I'm not the only one. I'm 15 weeks and I'm feeling exactly the same having had 2 miscarriages previously. Try to think positively ladies, I'll keep everything crossed xxx

I had a private scan at 17 weeks which helped enormously to bridge the gap between the dating and anomaly scan, is that an option?

You should also start feeling movements soon which helps the anxiety Smile.

I know what you mean op. I'm 15 weeks tomorrow and can't wait to feel those movements - it's so reassuring isn't it. Xx
