Hi everyone!

I’m just looking for some reccommendations for a good pushchair. I want a travel system with a carry cot, pushchair and car seat. I’ve been looking at the silvercross pioneer and surf....... I love the look of these!! But thought maybe some of you might have some experience or good recommendations 😊

I love the Bugaboo Cameleon. I had one with DC3 and have just bought a new one for DC4. It’s the best looking Pram imo, I love the fact the hoods and seat liners can be changed if I ever get bored of the colour and it’s a very sturdy pram.

I had an icandy pear with DC1&2 and that was a great double.

We've got the Egg travel system! Lots of great reviews easy to use and looks beautiful Smile

My biggest tip? Get suggestions but ultimately figure out what's right for you.

I got one a friend raved about (Cosatto Giggle) and assumed it would fit in our boot. Unfortunately we only tried it once DS arrived to realise that we could only fit it in the boot after taking off a wheel!! Right pain in the bum so sold at a loss on eBay. DS also hated the carrycot as he wasn't secured and rolled about. We ended up getting the M&P Urbo 2 and loved it. It has a lie flat seat with straps so can be used from birth.

Also we got a Britax Dualfix for the car instead of the kind of car seat you pop on a buggy. Have used it for almost four years (since birth) and it's been great for my back. It's really important to try a few in your car before buying. Cars come in all shapes and sizes so mean the car seats don't always quite fit right (one we had originally considered sat at an odd angle because of the pitch of our rear seats so DS's neck wasn't well supported).

Lastly, we hardly used our buggy as I loved the freedom you get from a baby carrier. I used a sling and then an Erbobaby. Highly recommend!

We had a pioneer and loved it. It was a beautiful pram and so comfortable for DS. The wheels are bigger and sturdy so it's good for city and if you'll be walking through parks and different types of terrain. Also the shopping basket is HUGE which is so so useful.

The only downfall is that it is big and it is heavy. I'd consider asking to see if it fits in your boot before purchasing. Definitely worth the money for it's sturdiness and practicality for needing a large basket!

Tried the bugaboo chameleon and found all the mechanisms ridiculously faffy. You can’t adjust the handle with one hand. It was so rickety.

Was stuck between the egg and the icandy peach 3, but the peach is lighter to push than the egg imo, so we got a second hand one for less than half price on eBay.
