hello I tested my self using clear blue pregnancy test, I got positive result 1 to 2 weeks , 2 days after the text result I was bleeding slightly no blood clot. The evening of the second day after the positive result I saw a long tissue of blood that fall in the toilet, after that Touch my cervix was widely open . There was no pain at all in my stomach.

2 and half weeks later the clear blue tell me that now I am 3+ weeks pregnant

My question is that does it mean I am pregnant of 3+ weeks or The test did not detect the right answer to me??

Those test date from conception, which is not how a midwife dats the pregnancy. So before you were 3-4 weeks and now you should be 5+.

Looks like this pregnancy is probably continuing! Congrats!

If you'd miscarried your HCG wouldn't be rising. It would seem like this pregnancy is continuing Smile I'd arrange a scan to make sure.

Darling go to GP and tell what happened.
I had 2 misc. After my painful bleeding I was in hospital and they did scan and confirm that it is misc. After that I was doing test in hospital, which still was showing I am pregnant after 2 weeks of misc, as in my blood was still hormones.
When I was pregnant with my 2nd child I had bleeding but strange and not painful and it was 4 day like it can be periods. I did test and it showed I am pregnant and in scan baby was absolutely fine.
So my advice is to do blood test or early scan and this will show you what to expect. As I knew how hard is to hope that everything is fine. Good luck to you and hope everything will be fine.

Unfortunately I have had positive pregnancy tests up to 3 weeks after miscarriages. Pregnancy hormones hang around for quite a long time after the miscarriage is complete.
Blood tests show hcg levels definitively.
Might be advised to test again in another weeks time. If it is positive then test again a week later, it's too soon for scans or gp at this point.

While hormones can hang around after a miscarriage, they don't usually rise. If your digital test is suggesting that you have higher hormones than when you last tested, it's a good sign that things are well, but only a Dr can confirm this. See your GP and get a scan arranged.
