Really upset about how much weight I have gained this pregnancy is there any chance I’ll be able to shift this weight if I hardcore exercise and eat healthy? I’ve been so bad craving ice cream I’ve got from size 16 to probably 20/22 now

Are you still pregnant? If you are, then no to hardcore diet and excercise. Eat healthily during pregnancy and take it easy until you’re fully physically recovered from the birth. You will find a large amount drops off you in the weeks post birth anyway - there’s a lot of fluid to be lost and tissues to remodel.

You are supposed to gain weight in pregnancy. How much depends on your start weight.

You won't (and shouldn't) lose it while pregnant but you can, and will lose it after pregnancy.

I gained 5 stone and was back to my pre-pregnancy weight when DD was 8 months.

I'm going that way this pregnancy too and it is getting me down I won't lie, I hate being so big, but the thing that helps me is knowing I WILL lose it again afterwards.
