Hermotoma and low dose aspirin

Hi ladies looking for some advice please!

Early scan today showed healthy baby measuring 8+2 but the lady doing the ultrasound mentioned I had a small hermotoma.
I have been taking baby aspirin for about 2 weeks due to 2 previous miscarriages, I read it can help and won't do any harm.

Just wondering if any of you ladies have had an hermotoma and all was ok and whether I should keep taking the aspirin or not.
I forgot to mention this to the lady doing the ultrasound now I'm worried.

Please help!
Thank you

i had a heamatoma at 14 weeks but it was discovered after a huge bleed. i was meant to start taking asprin at 16 weeks but was advised not to as my bleeding hadnt stopped but thats slightly different to yours. I would speaj to your midwife hace you had your booking apt yet?

@venus417 thank you for your reply.
My booking appointment is next week the 15th.
I've not been prescribed the low dose aspirin I just read up on it and read that it helped a lot of ladies who have suffered previous miscarriages, I've 2 so thought I'd give it a try as read it can't hurt.
Obviously now I worried whether I should stop taking it due to the hermotoma

Yea but I mean the advice for me was to not take it as it thins your blood and causes more bleeding. Up to you.
