Kissed by someone with cold sore?

A mate of DH came for dinner and gave me the two kiss greeting ( he is French.) Whilst eating, I noticed he had a sort of blister on his mouth, though it was dried up a bit. He kissed me goodbye and as soon as he'd left, I wiped my cheeks with Dettol. Has this hurt the baby? Am I going to get oral herpes? Never had a cold sore in my life and now feeling a bit Confused

It's possible you'll get a cold sore, but it won't hurt you or the baby.

Getting a coldsore for the first time while pregnant is dangerous to your baby. NHS link

If you've already had coldsores before, you are at no risk.
