I have an endometrioma on my right ovary. It was found incidentally on an early pregnancy scan in January. Unfortunately that pregnancy ended in miscarriage, but I'm now 15 weeks pregnant again and everything seems to be good this time. Both conceived naturally too.

With the second pregnancy did you have the cyst? How big is it ?
What stage endometriosis you have ?

@RachelS1923 I realise this thread is years old so who knows if you're even on MN now! But I have a endometrioma on my right ovary and have had two miscarriages this year. Did you carry your pg to term without having the cyst removed?? If you see this thanks so much xxx
