I'm 24+5 & having such a shi*ty time of it to be honest. 2nd baby

Had the physiotherapist yesterday as my hips aren't aligned and was given a support band to wear and had it adjusted.

Today was my birthday and I'm on 'bed rest' impossible with a 2 year and an unhelpful family. I actually feel really depressed the last few weeks. Unsure if it's hormone related- I have been off work for about 3 weeks due to pain & UTIS and I'm also in the middle of a house move. I have had such a bad day that now I can't stop crying

Do you think I have prenatal depression or just hormones? Sorry for the rant

I am so sorry youre feeling low! After many years of trying for a baby and finally getting pregnant this pregnancy has been wuite difficult for me and I certainly had some good cry sessions!

That said, if you have some inkling that ot nay be more han hormones why not go to the doctor to check - depression can be so hard to deal with alone.

Good luck and thinking of you x

It all sounds very stressful, it doesn't need to be prenatal depression or hormones though I doubt the hormones help. You've got a lot going on and pregnancy with a 2yr old is tough enough to start with Flowers
