Is a birthing ball good for turning a breech baby?

I am 32W today, so I know there's still time for baby to turn. I bought a birthing ball and was wondering if they're any good for turning a breech baby? And if so, how do I use it ?

Hi there

Yes they are helpful you can go onto YouTube and type in "how to use a birthing ball" I found that helpful so many videos come up

Have a look on the Spinning Babies website too- lots of suggestions for turning baby if they're breech.
