6 weeks with twins advice please

Evening everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help. I found out today that I am pregnant with twins after thinking I had a miscarriage.

I really need some advice please, I am completely exhausted- sleeping loads, hardly eating, feeling sick 24/7 and faint with a constant headache.

Does anyone have any advice on how to feel human again. I really can't carry on like this.

See your gp. They may get be able to help with the nausea. You might suggest a blood test for iron levels. It's normal to be ridiculously exhausted (she says typing this from bed about to have a nap), but can be made worse if iron levels are too low.
