Not directly pregnancy related but wondering if anyone else has a bad relationship with partners side of the family, I have only ever had good intentions with them and wanted to have a pleasant relationship. I have helped my partner improve his mental health something they failed to do and encourage him to achieve what he wants to do so they have no reason to dislike me. Sadly they are very cold hearted and not as friendly or warm as my side of the family they have taken no interest in this future grandchild/great grandchild (it is our first and my partner is the oldest child on his side) it just puts abit of a downer on the whole pregnancy as I always hoped both sides would have some involvement, not really looking for advice just anyone who’s experienced similar circumstance 🙂
