9.2 weeks & no morning sickness

I am 9.2 weeks pregnant, tested positive at about 4 weeks, I have the sore, bigger boobs, no periods, and suffering from tiredness, but no morning sickness. I am 37, this is the second time I've been pregnant, but the first, I miscarried back when I was 21 years old. Bit worried, as I expected to feel more 'ill'. I know not every woman is supposed to get MS, but really anxious. Won't get a dating scan until 12 weeks. Been frightening myself by reading about missed miscarriage, would no morning sickness be one of the symptoms of it? I have had no pains, just ever so slight cramping up until a couple of weeks back.

I has no morning sickness at all with my first and I had a totally healthy pregnancy, not everyone gets it

No sickness with any of mine. Didn't go off food or anything.

I had no symptoms until about 16 weeks, so don't worry about it! Many many women have happy healthy pregnancies without many symptoms, so please try to relax (I'm sure that's easier said than done though!)

No sickness at all with any of mine too. Not everyone does get sickness. However I was floored with tiredness in the first trimester.
