BFP after ectopic

Hi all, this is the first time I've posted on here.
Last year I fell pregnant for the 1st time and then at 5.5 weeks I found out it was ectopic, not viable and I needed surgery to have my fallopian tube removed Sad. I was told by a lot of people that falling pregnant again after and having a healthy full term pregnancy is very common. We've just had the BFP (4 weeks 3 days) and we're really excited but I'm also really anxious about it after what happened. I'm booked in for a scan in 2 weeks as they won't be able to really see anything before that but, while I'm trying not to stress, I can't help but feel a bit worried that something could go wrong.
Has anyone had a successful pregnancy after a surgically removed ectopic? Thanks.
