Hi ladies, I've g t my booking apt today. Are there any questions you wished you'd asked at yours?

Thank you very much

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Nope because it was clear the midwife wasn't listening to me on what medication/supplements I took and medical history, but just wanted to get through the appointment as quickly as possible.

I had both a scan appointment and a hospital midwife's appointment a week later and found I could ask questions then as the midwife listened. I also had to make a GP appointment and the GP contradicted some of the (mis)information I was fed by the booking midwife as the GP has my medical history. The information the GP gave me was then backed by the consultant I saw about 3 weeks later.

I have not seen the booking midwife since as for some reason I was sent to one of the furthest clinics in my borough, while there are lots of community midwives clinics in walking distance to me.

Do you have a green book (notes)? I read through mine and noted anything I wondered about but my midwife covered everything.
Congrats Thanks
