What is this?!

Currently in bed with a temp been to the doctors prescribed erythromycin, low blood pressure. Heart rate was 124. Felt like I was coming down with a bad cold yesterday my head is full of gunk or so it feels and my ears are hurting however they were clear. Doctor gave abs as a precaution I am just absolutely sick of feeling like this now have health anxiety as it is so petrified of it turning to something more serious, I'm 25 weeks and I have a 4 yr old so I'm desperate to get better has anyone else has this cold/flu/viral whatever it is?

I have! I came down with it last weekend...was off work until Thursday....felt better then Sunday it came back and now feel the same. Blood pressure isn't low...but I it's a piercing headache, pressure in my head, stiff neck, very weird sensation in my ears (along with ringing). I myself also have health anxiety and am worrying but I do actually think there is a bug going around....hang in there XX

Husband has had all the same symptoms and is getting better with a lot of rest and paracetamol.

I hope you feel better soon. He looks rotten, so you must feel 10 times worse.
