Fetal Measurements at 28+4

Hi all,

I have done a private growth/wellbeing u/s last weekend and though I was told that the measurements are within the parameter of normal, I am bit worried that DD is on the low side in the measurements.

These are the measurements:
FL: 51mm
HC: 259 mm
AC: 234 mm
weight: 1.109g (2lbs 7oz)
Centile 27.3

Did anyone have similar measurements at this gastational age? I keep Googling (I know not the right thing to do) and I see that on average babies measure a little bigger than this, especially with regards to the femur length. For those who had a similar experience/similar u/s results, should I be concerned? I was told it is within normal, but can't help to be a little concerned.

Thanks in advance!

Maybe she's just a smaller "person" please don't panic.

I'm sure me at 5ft 2 measured differently to my 6ft brother or my 5ft 8 female best friend.

We come in all shapes and sizes,so do babies. If it's "normal" it's fine, please don't worry.

Those measurements are absolutely fine. That’s the way averages work, sons babies will measure above and some below but as long as they are above the 10th centile and growing consistently there’s no cause for concern

Thank you so much for your replies. I just got concerned given that she is at the lower side of the average. Glad to hear that it shouldnt really be something to worry about. I am 5ft1 and DH is 6ft so I guess I pulled her down a bit :)
