How long until BFP?!

Its been 7 days since I’ve missed AF, I’ve done 5 tests but they’ve all been BFN. They have all been cheap tests though.
My periods are always very regular, I’ve not had any spotting at all.
How long after AF did you get a BFP?

I got mine 5 days after AF was due, but to be fair I didn’t test before that.

Were you tracking ovulation? If you ovulated late then that will push your AF date (AF is approx. 14 days after ovulation)

I got mine on first day of missed period. I had felt really sick one day the week before, which was odd to me, and my period was always bang on time. I guessed something was up!

P.s I did s cheap test and got a negative so we bought a first response later that day which came back with a really strong line

I got mine 6 days before AF was due (with Internet cheapie tests)

I had one month where I was a week late and then AF arrived - you could set your watch by my periods which was why I got excited then.

My BFP came when I was two days late. Something felt different and I couldn’t think why!

Maybe get an frer? Perhaps you have a faulty batch of cheapies?

I tested positive 4 days before my period was due. Which tests are you using?

I’ve had a BFP the day before period was due, the day of the period and a couple of days after. Seven days after AF was due should show a strong positive.

I had a faint positive line today on a first vue test and I’ve also been using Boots own brand, but I’ve not done all of the tests in the morning so do you think that would affect it?
My boobs were really tender last night too and stronger cramps then usual.

At 7 days late you would expect to get a strong positive regardless of the time the test was taken.

Just saw you got a faint positive, can you post a picture? It may be that you ovulated late.

I didn’t get a BFP until 2 weeks after missed AF. I did a test just before and just after, both were negative. So I just thought my period was messed up. I randomly did a CB digital after 2 weeks and it was positive. Looking at dates, I ovulated a week later than I normally do. Fingers crossed for you! Xx

I can’t work out how to attach the photo but hopefully it is that I ovulated late and there’s only a small amount of hormone at the minute. It is really faint, does this mean it could be an anomaly?

Thanks wordie, that gives me some hope! I’ve just been out and bought 2 first response tests so I will do one in the morning.

I couldn’t wait, did the FR tonight and it is a BFP!!!!!! 😆
