Terrible really as I'm only 11 weeks. I try and do pelvic floors regularly but twice now this has happened. Only a small amount but I was in a supermarket like 😩🙈

Do your kegels!!!

I posted a similar thread when I was maybe 16 weeks. I thought it was amusing and couldnt be bothered to do my kegels.

After a fast birth I ended up with a mildly prolapsed bladder. Saw physio who advised kegels.... I definitely saw a massive positive effect when I did them but then predictably, I stopped. Luckily 9 mo pp things have improved massively on their own but that prolapse is still there.

I can't help but wonder how much I could have minimised it from happening in the first place with regular kegels early on in pregnancy. Honestly, I spent a lot of pp time crying over it!! Set an alarm on your phone as a reminder.

Wishing you a happy healthy pregnancy! Flowers

I've heard there is a reminder app.

I didn't realise they were needed this early on!!
Thank you.

I'm having this problem. I've got a bladder prolapse too following my second sons birth, and am just coming up to 14 weeks in my third pregnancy.
I've had hyperemesis and although it's settling now, I am still being sick here and there and full on wet myself the last time. Confused
