I have no advice but didn't want to read and run.
So sorry you're going through a hard time. Although our minds will always jump to the worst, a brown loss doesn't necessarily mean anything.
Look after yourself tonight and call EPU tomorrow and get seen.
Sending you all my love xxx

Hi, i was in the same position 2 weeks ago. I started spotting and started fearing the worst! I called my GP Surgery who booked me in 2 hours later, she called the epau whilst i was there and they booked an early scan for me for 2 days time.

I only spotted for a day and when i went to my scan i saw the heartbeat and the baby!! Baby was wriggling around so much the Lady couldnt get measurements for a while!

They checked me over but didnt have an answer to why i was spotting, it was just one of them things.

I had a similar experience, I had bleeding on and off during my first pregnancy, starting at 10 weeks. Went to EPU for a scan convinced I’d lost the baby, what I actually saw was a happy wee jumping bean, who is now two, and is now a big jumping bean. I had to wait overnight for the scan too, worst night ever. Now 6 weeks with number 2. Don’t lose hope, what’s for you won’t go by you, as they say up here xxxxxxxxx

So sorry @zombie999, I've been there and it's awful. I hope you have some good support IRL, it makes all the difference. Flowers

zombie999 · 07/08/2018 11:57

It just frustrates me when you have that gut feeling and you try tell people you know something is wrong and they just tell you it will be fine stop worrying I just wish people would listen!

OP posts:
SW2Sugar · 07/08/2018 12:24

I know exactly how you feel. I had a missed miscarriage in 2016. I knew something had gone wrong. I went to the GP and he said no it would be fine.
I kept telling my husband and my mum and they said I was worrying unnecessarily.
When I started bleeding at 11 weeks and the scan showed the baby had stopped growing at 8 and a half, I was so mad that no one had listened. I know there is nothing they could have done, but it would've been good to know sooner, rather than flitting between worry and hope.
Chances are this won't happen to you again @zombie999. I'm so sorry you have to go through this, but wishing you all the luck for next time. xx

Jarline · 07/08/2018 12:37

I'm so sorry @Zombie999, I've been there too and when you know, you know. Be kind to yourself for the next while x

zombie999 · 07/08/2018 12:38

@SW2Sugar I have had 4 miscarriages now and it's never easy I knew the signs. I just payed on the bed today and cried first thing I said was "I knew" next time I will absolutely go with my gut and my feelings

OP posts:
SW2Sugar · 07/08/2018 13:06

@zombie999, I'm also in that rubbish club of having this happen many times, 5.
Have you had any tests done? Mine were all clear, but support from your local recurrent miscarriage clinic is supposed to make a massive difference with regular scans? I dunno why some of us go through this, but there is always, always hope, so long as you have the strength to keep trying. xx

zombie999 · 07/08/2018 13:13

@SW2Sugar yes had tests done they can't see a reason. Mother Nature knows best
