Advice on Crib Bedding

I have the Tutti Bambini Cozee crib. I'm a FTM and a bit clueless. I have the fitted sheets already and intend to get a mattress protector, but what would you recommend for bedding also? The baby is due October so is also a winter baby. Any advice would be greatly received. Thanks. x

Swaddles for when they’re v little, and then sleeping bags which will keep them cosy.

Most sleeping bags will say 0-6 months, but they have a minimum weight for use to prevent baby’s head slipping through the head hole.

I also had that crib for an October baby by the way- they are fantastic!

Babies don't need bedding in the traditional sense. The cot should be empty apart from the sheet on the mattress. So it is just whatever you want to cover baby with. Swaddles/blackets/sleeping bags. It's personal preference. If you are going to use blankets make sure to put then at the bottom of the cot so they don't slip down and under the blanket

I have this crib now and I love it. Especially as it tilts which has been very good for colic. I'd say sleeping bags. If find this really useful to help with layers.
