Stopped the pill - help please

Hi, I recently stopped the pill mid packet and had what I thought was a withdrawal bleed 4 days later. It stopped after 4 days and since then I've had leg, hip and lower back pain, stomach cramps and low blood sugars (diabetic specific). Any ideas if this could be a side effect of stopping the pill? Thanks in advance

Probably. Might want to get those sugars checked though.

Thanks! I'm having to change insulin needs daily at the moment. My consultant did say that unexpected low sugars can be a very early sign of pregnancy but I don't think I am pregnant as I had a withdrawal bleed. Only time will tell 🤔
