Is this normal? I'm seeing midwife later so of course will ask but just wanted to gauge opinion...
I get indigestion sometimes so it might be linked to that I guess...
I'm 34 weeks btw

I only ever had two short periods of nausea during pregnancy - one at about 6 weeks and one at around the point you’re at now. Mine only lasted for a few days and then went away again. I’ve got no idea what caused it, but it’s probably nothing to worry about. Worth mentioning to the midwife though.

Ah fingers crossed it will go away again then!

I had this too! Only lasted a few days though so my finger are crossed for you.

I noticed that whereas in the 2nd trimester where I could eat anything, when I hit 33/34 weeks I had to watch my fatty food/sweet food intake again. The trapped wind and acid reflux I had in the beginning has come back around! But thankfully the sicky feeling only lasted less than a week.

I’ve started feeling sick again and I’m 29 and a bit weeks. Apparently there is another surge of progesterone at this late stage of pregnancy. Deep joy.

GnTplease · 03/08/2018 15:20

I've had this too last few days - usually late afternoon/early evening (I'm 33 weeks). Not actually been sick just feeling nauseous. Really hope it's not sickness coming back, had 20 weeks of it!

I also had the return of the 24/7 nausea in the third trimester. Think it's pretty normal.

dingdongdigeridoo · 03/08/2018 15:29

It seems quite common. I have to eat little and often as there’s no space for big meals, and I’ve found certain foods make me queasy. Got to miss the second trimester.

Nearly 31 weeks here and also experiencing some nausea too. Yay. Another joyful pregnancy symptom Wink I guess the fact that everything is completely squished up to make room for baby won't help...
