Early Pregnancy Scan!

My LMP is dating me at 7weeks pregnant, early scan (due to light spotting over a few days, now stopped) only dating me at 5weeks (only saw sac on ultrasound) anybody had this?

Yes. Had this with my first he’s now a happy health four year old. He came a week early according to the dating scan but a week late with my own dating from my LMP it’s not 100% accurate. At that early stage in pregnancy all you would see is a sac I had a rescan at 6 weeks and saw the smallest of a heartbeat Congratulations!

Oh and the spotting occured in both my pregnancies , it’s so much more common that you would think. Try to relax!

Thank you for the replies, thankfully no more spotting or any pain. Back for another scan tomorrow fingers crossed all is okay. X

Its sad news, had another scan this morning and the sac hasnt grown, confirmed its a miscarrage.
