I actually think I'm going insane... I am 8 days late and I have like creamy discharge, I am feeling sick at times and feel slight cramping in lover abdomen. My stomach feels bloated and full, it really looks like I am pregnant but all the tests are negative! I done like 5 tests different brands of clear blue , all -

Late ovulation. The time between ov and af is always about the same, so if ov is late so will af... simples. That's why it's useful to track ovulation - to find out when af is actually due, instead of 'usually' due.

The other option is an anovulatory cycle, which has s very normal from time to time.
