Vitamins & supplements?

Any views or suggestions on vitamins & supplements in early pregnancy please?

Stopped taking Seven Seas folic acid a few weeks ago (TTC fatigue), off to Boots for a replen this afternoon after bfp. Have a mate who took feroglobin (sp?!) liquid throughout preg, not sure what it does / should I / is there anything else I should take?

Really want this one to stick, so former scepticism replaced with open mind.

TIA

I’d take a pregnancy multivitamin and DHA.

Boots do an own brand pack with both in I believe.

And that’s it! (Unless advised by a doc to take something else).

I take pregnacare which has everything in it I believe

Thanks @polly99 will get down to Boots, presumably no need to buy folic acid separately if in the multivit.

I take seven seas pregnancy vitamins, pregnacare made me violently sick.

Generic Superdrug vit D and folic acid did me fine. My diet is good and my iron levels have always been normal so I figured I didn’t need an expensive multivitamin to wee away 😂

Morrisons own folic acid and vitamin d here. Though I'm 12 weeks now so have stopped the folic acid.

No need to spend loads of money.

Pregnacare make lots of people feel sick.
