Can't get comfy due to sore boobs

I'm 8 weeks +4 with my first. All is going well, except I have really sore boobs, and as I sleep on my side/front I'm finding it very hard to get comfy because of it. Any suggestions on how to deal with this would be gratefully received!

Sleep on your back until you're not supposed to, you won't be sleeping on your front for long anyway and they might calm down in second trimester.

I've had very sore breasts throughout - am currently at 14 weeks and it hasn't eased up yet. I'm wearing some cheap nursing bras I got off ebay, 24/7, which are really helping. They're soft cups, no wires, and look a bit like sports bras. I've never really been comfy in bras, but they're really good for sleeping and seem to ease the pressure when I'm rolling around in bed (I roll from side to side all night long). Might be an idea for you?

I had the same issue from four weeks. It was the reason I knew I was pregnant. I recommend getting a sleep bra. I was a 36F previously and started off using nursing sleep bras that I got from mothercare (pack of 2). It helped sooo much! They are quite reasonably priced and I found that my boobs were not quite so sore after I started wearing these.

I slept with a training/sports bra on with no underwiring. Just to hug them to my chest a bit so they didn't get in the way or pull whilst trying to sleep x

You can get soft bras in Asda for about £5, I wore them all through pregnancy and until about 3 weeks PP
