It doesn't matter if I eat before bed or what, since Saturday the morning sickness have been awful, some the worst I've had so far in the pregnancy.
It did wane off around weeks 13 to 14 but it feels like it came back with vengeance this weekend. I'm at my wit's end!!!! Every night it's a battle with it. I can't sleep.
Orange juice tends to help a little but not enough to get me a decent night's sleep. I'm worried it's HG despite the fact I haven't thrown up (yet since I'm an emetophobe and will do anything under the sun to avoid that)
Lately it's made we wanna cry to myself at night.

I had HG when I was pregnant up until the end of my second trimester , I know how awful it is and there's no miracle home remedy. If you haven't already , try and take anti-sickness tablets they don't always work and in my case didn't but they can do. The only thing I would advise is please try and stay hydrated as HG gets very nasty when you're dangerously dehydrated.

Oh and throw the nearest item to hand at the next person who tells you to eat a ginger biscuitWink

Nothing helpful but it does get better I promise.

Thank you, I'm seeing the midwife on Thrusday and I'm going to ask if I could get some anti sickness pills. Last night I bought those sea bands on express delivery and I'm ditching my prenatal pills today for just folic acid instead to see if it helps.
