Is it normal to have back ache in very early pregnancy?

I'm 4-5 weeks pregnant and this is my first time. I've been feeling sick and dizzy on and off and keep getting very hot. Today I started getting backache aswell, is this all normal?

I just started taking pregnancy vitamins with folic acid aswell, is it still going to be okay starting them so late?

Perfectly fine to start them now, most women don't know or start until after their missed period anyway

As for the back ache, I had 0 back ache with dd, but had back ache just before both my mc's. I'm now about 9 weeks pregnant and have had serious lower back ache from the get go, usually on the evenings and usually in a localised spot instead of general all over ache.
So honestly, totally normal with all the stretching and growing with ligaments and hormones. But if you are really worried always talk to a gp or midwife, they can probably give more reassurance :)

Thank you for the reassurance :)
