so, my period is now 14 days late, i took a HPT (home pregnancy test) 5 days ago and it came out positive!
i was absolutely over the moon but also worried because, last year in september i had an ectopic and i have also had 2 miscariages.
being worried, i phoned 111, they recommended going to hospital to get my bloods checked (as i wasn't sure if i was feeling slight twinges in my abdomen or was just worrying myself).
i have also got a range of pregnancy symptoms, lower back pain, fatigue, aching ankles, tender breasts, fluttering stomach, aching ribs and a lot of discharge!
when i got to A&E, they took my temperature and said it was quite high, they also took 2 urine tests and 1 blood test... they all came out negative!!! (blood test at 1mlU HCG)
the doctor said that i'm not pregnant and the test was most probably a false positive!
since then, i've continued to not smoke or drink because i FEEL PREGNANT! and my symptoms are becoming more apparent every day. my lower stomach feels rock hard and i have no idea what to believe as i have read loads of stuff online about people who have had the same kind of experience and it turns out they were pregnant but just were not producing any HCG...
advice??
