Epu or not?

7 weeks pregnant.

Started bleeding yesterday, enough to need a pad but way lighter than a period. I had cramps earlier but they've gone now.

When I go to the loo there's blood at the bottom of the bowl like when you pee on your period.

Is it worth me ringing the epu? Or just waiting to see if this develops? I'm aware there's nothing they can do if this is a miscarriage :(

So my tube ruptured last night. It was horrific and I've had surgery to remove it. It was embedded in the muscle and was missed on the scan
