Hi all, first time here and hopefully posting in the right place. Am 32wks and was at my usual check up last week and got sent straight up the hospital for an extra scan as was measuring too big. Baby has large abdomen, she's messing very large for dates and also excess fluid. Told this was polyhydramnios and also possible gestational diabetes. Already have antibodies in my blood and am anaemic although that's being seen to with pills.
I'm already booked in for a section for other health reasons, seeing the consultant Thurs for more advice, but wondering how all this stuff going on with my blood will affect baby and how the section goes, I don't want u controllable bleeding which is my worst fear atm :( anyone else had these things and had a section?? Need some positive stories :(
