When can you start taking Rasberry leaf tea.

I will be 34weeks on sunday with my 3rd baby. Is it too early to start taking the capsules or drinking it?

Thank you.
xx

Hope it works for you- you are about 5 days ahead of me.

I think its supposed to make labour quicker. I don't think its meant to bring it on.

it helps the utereus along with the contractions (doesnt bring them on) think it helps strengthen the utereus making labour faster and easier.. (well thats the theory!)

I started taking it from 34 weeks last time - upped the recommended does a week before the end (MW said wasn't a problem) - BH definately got stronger after taking. Not sure if they helped but had a fab birth!

Hello! I hear raspberry leaf is meant to be really good for strenghtening all of your uterus muscles. This sounds a bit nutty, but I had a pregnant guinea pig a couple of years ago and I gave her raspberry leaf, she gave birth to 5 babies with no trouble! I might like to take it a bit later in my pregnancy. Good luck with everything! Love Gem.xXx

Where can you get it from? I have looked in Waitrose, Tesco and the local health food shop but can't find any...

I get mine from Holland and Barrett but if you google it there are also loads of stores on line that sell it as well
