Hi everyone, just after some advice please. Yesterday I started getting really horrible lower back and rib pain which then traveled down to the bottom of my stomach (like period aches) I was quite achy all day and last night woke in a little bit of pain with the period type pains too! This morning I’ve been feeling a bit unwell! Extremely sick and tired but pain has gone. I’ve also just lost the mucus plug. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I remember with my second I lost the plug and when into labour with her later that night. I’m just a little worried as I’m only 35+1 with this little one! Not sure whether to ring the maternity unit xx

I'd definitely give them a ring to give them the heads up and to get some advice. Does sound like you're going into labour though. Good luck x

Good luck op. Just popped in to say I had ds at 35+2 and everything was fine. He was a good weight and didn't need any special care at all. Try not to worry Flowers
