C Section Pain 7 months later

Hi all, wasn’t sure where to post this, but figured I’d give the Pregnancy section a crack!

I had an emergency c section 19 months ago and an elective c section 7 months ago. Generally, my scar is fine, but understandably due to the two sections being so close together (12 months and 2 weeks apart to be precise) I have a lot of scar tissue damage ‘build up’.

I’ve found that if I walk for longer than an hour, the thick layer of scar tissue under my scar starts to hurt and almost makes me limp about a little. If I push in where the tissue damage is, the pain will lessen temporarily, but does come back after ten minutes or so.

Was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, or if it’s advisable to get it checked out? The scar itself is fine - I have no searing or burning pains coming from the incision site, I can tell it’s purely coming from the scar tissue, but unsure what can be done about it besides surgery to remove the huge build up (it is very, very thick and hard), but of course, more surgery means more scar tissue - catch 22!

Anybody else experienced similar sorts of pains months down the line?

Thanks ladies!
