Morning sickness

Anybody get severe morning sickness with seven seas pregnancy vitamins? I don't know if it's definitely the vitamins, but they most certainly aren't helping Sad any tips to help please? Thank you :) x

I'm just taking folic acid and vitamin D, but I'm here for the morning sickness support. Oh god, it's AWFUL. I'm not actually vomming, but all-day nausea in horrifying waves, and just needing to lie down all the goddamn time. It's been about a week and a half and I'm not coping at all. How in HELL do women cope with WEEKS of this?!! I heard vitamin B6 can help, but yet to lay my hands on any. Does the seven seas have that in?

I'm vomiting near enough every 15 minutes from the moment I get up until about half 1, 2 pm time. It's exhausting! Yeah it has 1.9mg in xx
