God help me. I'm 13 weeks and my boobs are killing. My chest has gone veiny too. Please tell me this gets better

Haha I hear you I'm only 5+6 and mine are on fire and veiny. They did calm down in 2nd trimester with DS. Here's hoping they will this time 🤣
