If it helps reassure you, I am 18 weeks pregnant and all of my symptoms (sickness, exhaustion, etc) all seemed to disappear around week 10. I felt exactly the same and was really worried and just wanted to feel rubbish again so at least i would "feel" pregnant. I think it's totally normal tho and your symptoms are supposed to ease around the 2nd trimester but every body and every pregnancy is different. Really try not to worry too much, especially if you aren't having any other worrying symptoms like bleeding and cramping. xxx

I have GAD and was worried for the same reason! Anyway I'm now 40w1d and still no symptoms all has been straight forward so far. Obviously this can change at any point but I'm so grateful I've had the experience I've had Smile

So relax and enjoy the ride xx

Thank you so much ladies

@sailing123
I don't have any bleeding but a few period type cramps have been here today but nothing painful and I've had it at my last scan and the lady told me it's normal as the uterus is growing so stretching and pulling pains are normal so I hope these little cramps are normal too :/ x

I felt fine all the way through. It hugely worried me at first thinking it wasn’t “normal” but there really isn’t a normal in pregnancy! I kept waiting for heartburn and swollen feet but I got nothing but a big tummy 🙈

I felt awful from 5 weeks to about 9-10 weeks and was so worried that I felt ok! Then the sickness, headaches, dizziness came back about a week ago at 12 weeks. Not as bad but definitely there! Try to enjoy feeling normal Smile

sailing123 · 27/07/2018 19:52

Yeah definitely normal! Altho I'm only a few weeks ahead of you and definitely no expert I had cramping for weeks quite randomly on and off. Really do try not to worry :) xx

Emmafh3 · 27/07/2018 21:27

With dd I had only tiredness and the cramps and aches, a few bleeds and a clot and painful boobs. From weeks 6-10 and then absolutely nothing! Until Labour! So totally normal
I'm now about 9weeks pregnant after two consecutive miscarriages. Only a little bit of tiredness backache and cramps. But pretty much feels like absolutely no symptoms, so I know the worry! Can't wait till I feel the babe and have those scans!
Good luck to you
