Pelvic floor exercise frequency

How frequently is everyone managing to do their pelvic floor exercises? I'm pregnant with my first and am using an app to do a sets of slow and fast squeezes, about twice a day. That's 6 minutes in total. Is that about right? Should I be doing more? Maybe up to 9 minutes?

Am 25 weeks and have been doing them since I got pregnant.

I'm using the app Squeezy and do mine 3x a day. Each session you do 10 x 10 second squeezy then a quick pulsing squeeze. Highly recommend as it reminds you to do exercises.

Physio told me 3 sets per day of:

10 x 10 second squeezes
10 x quick squeezes
10 x stomach exercises where you suck your belly in on an outwards breath

I've always found pelvic floor exercises so uncomfortable, they give me a weird feeling like a restlessness.
